Year 7 Term 2 "Heroes and Volunteers" |

This term learners will be engaged in studying "Heroes and Volunteers". We will commence our term with a focus on Anzac Day and the heroes and volunteers from the war period. Australias history will be sectored into study areas such as aviation, sporting etc where learners will consider famous identities and groups. Learners will also consider current personal heroes and volunteers. Year 7 students will be involved in a webquest run through The Learning Place where they will consider the attributes of heroes and volunteers and consider how this impacts upon them personally and the type of person they strive to be.
