So Long 2015 Year 6 Class

This week marked a time of the year that is always very special in the calendar of our school with our Year 6 students leaving a legacy they can be very proud of. The way the students conducted themselves throughout the year, has been a great example of our school expectations of Safe, Respectful, Learners.
I know for some families it will be the first time that there has been a child who has completed their Primary Schooling years and for others it is a continuation of a tradition which is fast becoming the norm. I wish all families that will have their last immediate child pass through the gates of Yandina State School all of the best and who knows in 15 years you might be back as grandparents.
As a Principal, especially at the end of the year I am proud of each and every one of our students and their achievements in many various ways.
The Year 6 Leaving Ceremony certainly was a success. Well done YANDINA STATE SCHOOL!
