Yandina State School

Welcome to Yandina State School, the education hub of the Yandina community.

Yandina State School caters for 300 students in 13 classes.  The school prides itself on its ability to deliver high quality teaching and learning to all, with staff having the time to know and nurture all students.
Yandina State School is committed to providing a learning environment that not only caters for a child’s academic growth but provides rich cultural and sporting opportunities.
In 2018 Yandina State School was recognised as one of the 10 most improved schools in Queensland. Data from the 2018 NAPLAN testing program by the Australian Curriculum & Reporting Authority highlighted the tremendous growth our students are making. These improvements are a true reflection of the high quality teaching and learning on offer at Yandina State School.
If you are looking for a terrific school for your child to attend I encourage you to come in (or phone) and arrange a tour, and discuss your child’s needs. I look forward to personally showing you around the school.
