Yandina State School's Prep program is full-time, with children attending class Monday to Friday during normal school hours.

The prep year is your child's important first year of schooling. Children must turn five by 30 June in the year they commence prep. To see when your child is eligible to start prep, please use the Queensland Government School Calculator.

Our prep classrooms are specially designed to cater to all children.  We have a wonderful new prep playground built in 2019, plus all of our students utilize the outdoor learning area in our Harmony Forest.
