Yandina State School's Prep program is full-time, with children attending class Monday to Friday during normal school hours.
The prep year is your child's important first year of schooling and the POWER into Prep Transition program is designed to support you and your child and to ensure you are ready for the start of the school year.
Our prep classrooms are specially designed to cater to all children. We have a wonderful prep playground, specialist music and science rooms, excellent sporting facilities and outdoor learning area in the Harmony Forest.
Not only are we taking enrolments for 2025, but also for future year preppies. Please contact the school administration team to place your childs name on our future enrolment list.
Children must turn five by 30 June in the year they commence prep. To see when your child is eligible to start prep, please use the Queensland Government School Calculator.
