A Thrilling Adventure at QCCC Mapleton Camp for Year 4 Students!
Our Year 4 students embarked on an unforgettable journey during their 3-day, 2-night camp at QCCC in Mapleton. For many, it was their first time away from parents, making the experience both exciting and a little nerve-wracking. But guess what? They absolutely rocked it!
Stepping out of their comfort zones, our young adventurers took on a variety of exciting challenges that included the heart pounding giant swing, mind boggling orienteering, nerve racking archery, and bush survival skills! These activities weren't just about fun – they were designed to build teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities while introducing our students to new and thrilling experiences.
We are incredibly proud of how our students handled themselves throughout the camp. They tackled each activity with enthusiasm, supported one another, and demonstrated remarkable teamwork even in tricky situations. Watching them conquer their fears and embrace new challenges was truly inspiring.
Kudos to our fantastic Year 4 group for their camaraderie and perseverance. The camp wasn't just about adventure; it was a chance for our students to develop life skills, create lasting memories, and grow into confident and capable individuals. Here's to many more amazing adventures in the future!
